With a PhD in Cryogenics, Pawel has a deep understanding of the science of cold. He began his career as a Research Scientist at the Wroclaw University of Science & Technology, developing innovative methods for maintaining extremely low temperatures. Pawel led R&D at Zimnotech, the leading commercial cryo chamber manufacturer. He's authored multiple scientific publications & patents.

Pawel's Why? As a hard-core scientist, my goal is to develop & introduce groundbreaking cooling technologies in a way that ensures efficiency, safety & reliability. I will continue to innovate & grow & put those learnings behind each Chillybox.

Stacy has cultivated a successful career in both corporate & entrepreneurial endeavors. Sold for industry leading companies like Raychem & Stryker. Led global education & marketing teams for Abbott. As COO at Restore, led store openings & ops from 30 to 220+ units. As the world's leading cryo provider, oversaw the logisitics & support of all cryo chambers. Stacy has a Systems Engineering degree from the US Military Academy at West Point.

Stacy's Why? 3 things are true that led me to start Chillybox:

1. I absolutely believe in & appreciate the benefits of cold therapy.
2. Even when I owed a Restore location in Austin, it was difficult to get there everyday for a 3 minute session.
3. Because of #2, we purchased an at-home cold water immersion tub, but, I couldn’t bring myself to use it every day – sacrificing a lot of the benefits.
