• Site survey: Complete the site survey provided after purchase. This helps us assess access points, delivery paths, and placement logistics so your delivery and setup are fast and hassle-free.

Chillybox is delivered fully assembled to make setup seamless. Because it arrives upright and transitions from a dolly position, it requires extra clearance during delivery and installation.
